Webinar on Mexico's labor law changes

In an effort to improve workers’ rights, the Mexican government has introduced some significant employment changes that take effect in 2023 and impact both companies and their employees. 

Rafael Tena, labour lawyer, explained broadly the most significant changes (such as vacation days, pension and telework) as well as sharing best practices on reducing work hours and how employers and employees can adapt to the new Mexican legislation.

We had more than 25+ participants who asked the panel some very detailed questions as well as concerns on how the implementation is best done.
