BMBC at your service


As a non-profit organisation and accredited Belgian Chamber of Commerce, we are committed to full transparency and good governance, in accordance with the laws of Mexico and Belgium. We organize an Annual General Meeting (AGM) where the BMBC presents to its members a recount of activities, work and projects realized during the past year, in addition to showcasing the following year’s roadmap.

The AGM is a critical part of our organisation, creating a forum where our President and Vice-President are elected, ensuring our members have the opportunity to not only be aware of Chamber activities, but also vote and participate in electing our Board members in a democratic way.

We have a close relationship with the Belgian Embassy in Mexico City and its trade commissioners from the Flanders and Walloon regions. 
Moreover, we are part of the network of Belgian Chambers throughout the world (BLCCA) and have privileged relationships with the Belgian chambers in 
Canada, US, Chile Brazil and Argentina.

Margo is a specialist in sales & marketing, who has assumed the role of BMBC's executive director since 2024.

Kasia Ponsko, Treasurer

Kasia is a local attorney assisting foreign companies in their operations on the Mexican market

Mr Merveille is Head of Services at Odoo Mexico.

Ulla Pentinpuro,  Board member

Mrs Pentinpuro is Principal-Compliance, Forensics and Intelligence associate at Control Risks.

Miguel del Villar, Board member

Mr del Villar is founder and CEO at PGT Business Consulting.

Emilio Arteaga Vázquez, Board Member

Mr. Arteaga is a legal counsel to BMBC and an international trade and business lawyer.

Bénédicte Mélot, Secretary General

Bénédicte is a Belgian qualified lawyer specialized in litigation and arbitration, living in Mexico City since 2022.
