After introducing participants to the key ingredients of sustainable business models, including stakeholder engagement, understanding material issues, and leadership and tone from the top, Dr. Wayne Visser, Professor of Integrated Value Management and Holder of the Chair on Sustainable Transformation at Antwerp Management School (AMS), will explore the concept of value creation and touch upon topics such as purpose-driven businesses and integrated value management. In addition, Maaike Van Overmeire from Enterprise Europe Network will further illustrate this by sharing compelling examples of sustainable business models in an international context, both from medium and small-sized enterprises.
