Desayuno – Seminario: Sustainable Procurement: Challenges for the Mexican Hospitality Industry

The BMBC members were invited by WellianceHospitality, who brought a group of SMEs from Germany, Belgium, Spain and France to Mexico to talk and exchange about the challenges the Mexican Hospitality Industry is facing. . 

The organizers of this visit, financed by the COSME program of the European Union, focused on gathering representatives of Mexican Hotel Groups to discuss sustainable procurement and the added value European expertise could bring. 

Five business clusters in the hospitality sector were covered such as interiors furnishings and equipment, lighting, energy efficiency & clean tech, water management, construction technologies and materials.
