in cooperation with Brewery De Halve Maan & Ki'Xocolatl chocolate
We cordially invite you to enjoy a beer and chocolate pairing/tasting on Wednesday 31 May in the Residence of Belgium.
You will learn all about the flavours and texture of top-quality Belgian beer and chocolate and how they can make the perfect match!
De Halve Maan is a family-owned authentic brewery stretching back to 1856. Located in the heart of beautiful Bruges, Belgium, it is home to the city beer Brugse Zot, but also Straffe Hendrik and Blanche de Bruges.
Ki'Xocolatl makes chocolate from cacao grown by Mexican cocoa producers. Its founders are from Belgium but Mexican at heart. Respect and care for Mexico drives them to continue creating the best chocolate and cocoa products.
The tasting will be followed by a networking cocktail for BMBC members and contacts, in the presence of the Ambassador of Belgium.
The tasting and pairing will take take place from 7PM to 8PM, while the networking cocktail will start around 8PM till 9h30PM.
